Residence in Amnissos

The project concerns the design of a residence located on a hill overlooking Amnissos beach in Heraklion. The main material used on the ground floor was local stone, in order to integrate the building with its surroundings, in conjunction with the use of muted tones and wood throughout the exterior. The main living spaces as well as the outdoor lounge and the parking space, are located on the ground floor. The other levels are accessible through the interior staircase or the elevator. The outdoor area includes a pool, a sunken conversation pit and areas with vegetation.
