A new luxury apartment building located on 44 Solomou str., minutes away from the city center of Heraklion. The goal of our team was to design contemporary, high end residences with functionality, natural lighting and ventilation at the top of our priorities. It's comprised of four independent residences, three apartments and one duplex, which span the 5 floors of the building. Each residence is completely autonomous in regards to heating and air conditioning. In addition, each residence has a parking space and a storage room in the basement of the building.
