Three Vacation Houses

The site, long and narrow in its shape, is located at the beach front of Northern Crete, near the town of Hersonissos. The client assigned our office  to design three Houses with a Private Swimming pool for each one of them. The shape of the site, and its two access points,  helped dividing the property into equal parts, giving a private parking area to each house at the South Side, and immediate access to the beach at the North side.  The architectural design was derived by the combination of many different things. The need for privacy that resulted to a Γ shape; the wish to enhance the sea view and make all the rooms looking North and above all, the wish of our client to create a high end design for the houses.
