Plastika Kritis Office Building Renovation

One of Greece's largest plastic production companies, Plastika Kritis S.A., assigned the renovation of their offices which span 3 levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor) as well as the expansion of the ground floor with the addition of a small section. The existing offices resembled those of decades prior, so our team took on the challenge of creating something contemporary but also timeless, while taking into consideration the needs and wants of the company. We used materials that make the space feel clean and light, like metal and glass. Also, due to its transparency, glass makes the spaces look larger than they did before. The wood-look floor and the custom structure with the planter in the corridor, make the space feel warmer and contrast the glass and metal in a balanced way. The expansion of the ground floor, where a conference room is housed, is comprised largely of windows, which offer a visual continuity with the outdoors as well as natural lighting.
